Bogner Pedals Ecstasy Blueは、ロックギタリストにとって欠かすことの出来ないクラッシックなドライブサウンドを奏でるアンプEcstasyのBlueチャンネルを捉えたペダルです。
EcstasyのBlueチャンネルがプレキシトーンは元より、ロックサウンドに最適なオーバードライブを紡ぎだすように、このEcstasy Blueもギタリストに求められるドライブサウンドを幅広くカバーします。

アンプEcstasyのBlueチャンネルによるゲインサウンドを再現するため、4段階のディスクリート構成のAクラスゲイン ステージを用いたオペアンプを使用しないデザインがなされ、この従来の概念に捉われない独創的なアプローチにより、タッチセンシティブでありながら、これまでになく分離感の良いドライブサウンドを実現しています。

Ecstasy Blueの電源部はDC9V入力となっていますが、内部に昇圧回路を採用しており、高電圧動作によりEcstasyアンプに肉薄せんとするダイナミックレンジを獲得しています。
